The decision of the board of editors on the selection of the award winners will be absolute and final. No queries will be entertained in this regard. In case of rejection or disqualification of a candidate our liability will be limited to the extent of the amount/fees paid. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
